REDDOT GLOBAL Studio Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work

The quotation includes only the products, services, materials, and specifications explicitly mentioned in the approved quotation. Any additional work, modifications, or changes requested after approval shall be treated as extra work and charged separately.

2. Pricing

• The quoted price includes labor charges and the materials specified in the quotation.

• GST and other applicable taxes shall be charged as per prevailing government regulations.

• Prices are valid for 15 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise specified.

• Any increase in material costs, taxes, or statutory charges before order confirmation may result in a revised quotation.

3. Site Requirements

The client shall provide continuous electricity, water supply, unrestricted site access, safe storage space (where available), and a clean work area. Delays due to site unavailability or restricted access shall extend the project schedule.

4. Payment Terms

• 50% Advance – Before production begins.

• 40% Payment – Before dispatch of materials.

• 10% Final Payment – Immediately after site execution starts.

REDDOT GLOBAL Studio reserves the right to suspend work until outstanding payments are cleared.

5. Project Timeline

Production begins after advance payment and design approval. Material dispatch generally takes 15 working days, subject to availability. Installation typically requires 45–60 working days depending on project scope and site readiness.

6. Warranty

One (1) Year Service Warranty is provided against manufacturing and workmanship defects. Brand warranties shall be passed on to the client. Warranty excludes water leakage, electrical fluctuations, fire, misuse, natural wear & tear, pest infestation, third-party damage, and unauthorized modifications.

7. Material Specifications

False Ceiling: Saint-Gobain Gyproc 12.5 mm boards with Ultra Local Ceiling Sections.

Woodwork: BWP 710 Grade Gurjan Ply (16 mm & 6 mm).

Laminates: 1.0 mm exterior HGL, 0.8 mm interior laminates with premium edge banding.

Kitchen: 1 mm acrylic shutters/HGL Laminates, premium soft-close tandem baskets, Hettich/Hafele/Ebco/ hardware or equivalent.

Glass: Saint-Gobain or equivalent.

Handles: Premium handles up to ₹250 each or equivalent.

Equivalent branded materials may be used with customer approval if specified brands are unavailable.

8. Cleaning

Basic cleaning after installation is included. Deep cleaning and floor polishing are excluded unless specifically mentioned.

9. Design Changes & Variations

Any modifications after design approval require written confirmation, may incur additional charges, and may affect project timelines.

10. Client Responsibilities

The client shall approve drawings promptly, ensure site readiness, obtain required permissions, provide parking/lift access where applicable, and coordinate with other contractors.

11. Delivery & Installation

Delivery dates are tentative. Minor touch-ups after installation are included. The client or an authorized representative should be present during delivery and handover.

12. Cancellation Policy

Advance payments are non-refundable once production begins. Cancellation after manufacturing starts will attract charges for design, materials, labor, transportation, and completed work.

13. Force Majeure

REDDOT GLOBAL Studio shall not be responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, pandemics, supplier delays, or other events beyond reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable for structural defects, seepage, civil defects, electrical failures, third-party damages, or force majeure events. Liability is limited to the value of the supplied products/services.

15. Photography & Marketing

Unless declined in writing, completed projects may be photographed and used for the company's portfolio and marketing without revealing personal information.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
